Metaiosoft Software & Consulting ("Metaiosoft") is committed to the security and confidentiality of the information of its website visitors and customers. This policy describes our practices on payment security, account security, confidentiality of customer data and the use of cookies.
1. Payment Security
- All traffic between your browser and our website and subdomains is encrypted with TLS (SSL).
- Card details are entered on the secure payment page of Paynkolay, a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. Card number, expiry date and CVV never reach, and are neither processed nor stored on, Metaiosoft servers.
- Payments are authenticated with 3D Secure. The Paynkolay infrastructure complies with the PCI-DSS card security standard.
- Metaiosoft only receives the transaction result, amount, date and transaction reference from the payment institution.
2. Account & Access Security
Passwords used to access our software are stored irreversibly (hashed) using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms. Access is restricted on a role basis and logged. Users are responsible for keeping their usernames and passwords confidential and not sharing them with third parties. 3. Confidentiality of Customer Data
Business data, records, files and projects entered by customers into our software remain the property of the customer. Metaiosoft accesses such data only to provide the service, for technical support and on the customer's instructions; it does not disclose it to third parties except where required by law, does not sell it and does not use it for its own commercial purposes. Upon termination of the contract, data is exported at the customer's request and deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations.
4. Cookie Policy
Our website uses the following cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website and session to function and for security verification.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics collects statistical information such as the number of visits, pages viewed and device type. This information is used to improve the website.
