1. Nature of the Services
The software products and services offered by Metaiosoft Software & Consulting (cloud software, business software subscriptions, licences and related digital services) are intangible services performed instantly in the electronic environment. The service is deemed delivered once the payment is approved and the account or licence access is activated.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal for consumers and its exceptions are set out in Article 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in the electronic environment whose performance has started with the consumer's approval. There is no right of withdrawal for purchases made for commercial or professional purposes.
3. Refunds
Fees for a billing period that has started with the delivery of the service are non-refundable. If the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to Metaiosoft, the fee for the period that could not be used is refunded.
4. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel recurring (monthly/annual) subscriptions at any time via your user dashboard or by emailing info [at] metaiosoft.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can continue to use the software until then; no further charges are made for subsequent periods.
5. Erroneous or Duplicate Charges
In case of an erroneous or duplicate charge caused by a system, bank or payment infrastructure error, please notify info [at] metaiosoft.com. The review is completed within 3 business days; if an erroneous charge is confirmed, the excess amount is processed for refund to the card used for payment, without any deduction, within 14 days at the latest. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank.
6. Refund Method
All refunds are made through the Paynkolay payment infrastructure to the credit or debit card used for the payment.
